1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
8 oz (110 ml) tomato sauce (pulpe de tomate cuisiné à l’huile d’olive chez leaderprice)
1 egg
1 tube of saltine crackers (250 g) matza pain azyme + 1 tsp salt
3-4 slices of bacon
Coat pan with oil
Mix together all of the ingredients.
Shape into loaf shape.
Layer half-slices of bacon across the top.
Bake at 325°f (165°C) for one hour (45 min chaleur tournante).
