Beef – Use pure beef, low fat, cook on high, add no oils during the cooking process, season with your favorite spices
Beens – I never grew up eating beans, but have really come to appreciate their nutritional value, as I vary my carbs and choose more worth-while ones.
Pico de Gallo – Fresh diced tomatoes, diced onion, and generous amounts of chopped cilantro drenched in fresh squeezed lemon juice.
Notice no processed foods and preservatives in this recipe yet, don’t mess it up now…
Guacamole – Fresh homemade guacamole, diced avocado, diced onion, diced garlic, and fresh squeezed lemon juice.
Peppers – Slice a few spicy pimentos to add some kick.
Crème fraiche – and because you’ve been behaving yourself, add a dollop of pur pleasure. (or sour cream, or perhaps you )
