Why you should always make enough sticky rice to have leftovers.
Store leftover sticky rice in a plastic baggie in the fridge.
Reheat the sticky rice in an electric rice cooker with a bit of water. Warm setting.
Bake bacon or lardon in the oven 30 min, or until crispy.
Stir-fry onions, carrots and peas.
Scramble eggs.
Toss together with soy sauce and sesame oil to taste.
Top with fresh green onions.
