Red cliffs and white sandy beaches inspire this creamy German fish dish.
White fish — I choose frozen cod.
Tomato paste — spread 1 tablespoon over the top of each fish.
Garlic — one small clove of garlic on each fish.
Onions — sprinkle over the top of the fish and fill in the edges of the pan until you have enough for a side dish serving per person.
Heavy cream — pour over the fish and onions.
Bacon — blanket the fish cliffs with red bacon.
Bake a half hour for frozen fish.
