Thanksgiving is right around the corner. Here’s a sample of one of the recipes we’ll feature at our family event.
Sweet Potato Pie — patate douce au Chamallows®
5 Sweet Potatoes (1 K Patates Douces)
1 bag of marshmallows (Chamallows®)
1 stick (125 g) butter (beurre)
FRANÇAIS
En avance:
Faites cuire les grandes morceaux de patates douces pelées.
Disposez-les dans un plat à four avec es morceaux de beurre. Gardez-le au frais.
Au moment de servir:
Réchauffez le plat recouvert de chamallows® pendant 10 minutes.
ENGLISH
In advance:
Boil large chunks of peeled sweet potato.
Place in a pie pan or shallow baking dish with dabs of butter. Store in the fridge.
At the time of service:
Reheat the dish in the oven covered with marshmallows for 10 minutes.
